Sutter Hospital in Sacramento
The Sutter Medical Center Sacramento Project (Project) consisted of six components: (1) Women’s and Children’s Center; (2) Sutter Medical Foundation Building including a below-grade Energy Center and parking; (3) Community Parking Structure including first floor commercial / retail space; (4) 32 residential units; (5) St. Luke’s Medical Office Building; and (6) associated utility, circulation and other improvements. The Project spans six acres spread over seven blocks, roughly bounded by 26th Street to the west, N Street to the south, K Street to the north, and 30th Street to the east, in Midtown Sacramento.
The City prepared an EIR for the Project and approved the Project in 2006. No litigation was filed relating to the land use approvals.
